- Diabetes Support Group: July 6, YMCA Bettye J. McCormick Senior Center, 2009 Prospect Ave., Vincennes. The free support group is for those with diabetes, their families and caregivers. - Depression Support Group: July 6, Memorial Hospital Counseling Center, Jasper. The free support group is for those with depression, their families and caregivers. The group meets the first Tuesday of each month. For more information call 812-481-5780.
- Breast Cancer Sharing and Surviving Group: July 13, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Daviess Community Hospital Education Center, 1314 E. Walnut St., Washington. The free support group is for those with breast cancer or who have survived the disease and their families and caregivers. The group meets the second Tuesday of each month. - A Gathering of Friends: July 13, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., ATTIC, 1721 Washington Ave., Vincennes. The free meeting is open to anyone with interests in issues regarding disabilities and/or special health care needs. The group also addresses barrier issues to services. - Tri-State Multiple Sclerosis Support Group: July 17, 10 a.m., Daviess Community Hospital Education Center, 1314 E. Walnut St., Washington. The free support group is for those with multiple sclerosis, their families and caregivers. The group meets the third Saturday of each month. - Low Vision Support Group: July 20, 1:30 p.m., YMCA Bettye J. McCormick Senior Center, 2009 Prospect Ave., Vincennes. The free support group is for those with low vision, their families and caregivers. The group meets in the center conference room the third Tuesday of each month. - Bereavement Support Group: July 20, 10:30 a.m., Good Samaritan Hospice House, 601 S. Ninth St., Vincennes. The free community service is offered to any adult who has experienced the loss of a loved one. For more information contact Bereavement Coordinator, Chris Kahre McCrary, at 812-885-8035. The group meets the third Tuesday of each month.
- Multiple Sclerosis Support Group: July 26, Memorial Hospital, Jasper. The free support group is for those with MS, their families and caregivers. The group meets the fourth Monday of each month. For meeting times and locations call 812-481-8420.
- Cardiac Support Group: July 27 1:30 p.m., YMCA Bettye J. McCormick Senior Center, 2009 Prospect Ave., Vincennes. The free support group is for those with cardiac concerns, their families and caregivers. The group meets in the center conference room the fourth Tuesday of each month. - H.E.A.L.T.H. Meeting: July 28, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Daviess Community Hospital. Washington. H.E.A.L.T.H. stands for Healthy Eating and Active Lifestyles Taught Here and is aimed at raising the awareness of ways to promote healthy and active lifestyles. The Daviess County group is connected to a state team with Action for Healthy Kids. Residents can sign up for the group and meeting by calling 812-254-8668 or 812-687-7800, ext. 224. Residents can also e-mail jwahl@purdue.edu or fax 812-254-7472. The group meets the fourth Wednesday of each month.
Generations Advisory Council: July 29, 10 a.m., Generations Advisory Council will hold it annual meeting at a location to be determined.

EnhanceFitness® Exercise
Programs: Generations is sponsoring EnhanceFitness® exercise programs throughout its service area. This exercise program is especially designed to keep people active as they age by improving balance, flexibility and cardiovascular health. The first class is free at all locations. For more information, call Generations at 1-800-742-9002.
- Daviess County: Classes are offered at Senior and Family Services in Washington on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3 to 4 p.m. Classes are also available at North Daviess Fitness in Odon from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, through August 20, and then Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, August 23 through December 21. Cost is $3 per session at both locations.
- Dubois County: classes are offered at Salem United Church of Christ in Huntingburg on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 to 9 a.m. The cost is $2 per session.
- Greene County: Classes are available at two locations - Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Glenburn Community and Wellness Center in Linton and Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Jasonville Senior Center. Cost is $1.50 per session at both locations.
- Knox County: Classes are offered at two locations - Vincennes University – PE Complex (lower level), Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5 to 6 p.m. and Wilson Community Center in Bicknell, Tuesday and Thursday, 3-4 p.m. The first class is free at both locations and then $2 per session.
- Pike County: Classes are held at Winslow Community Center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Cost is $2 per session or $20 for a month.
