- Diabetes Support Group: January 3, YMCA Bettye J. McCormick Senior Center, 2009 Prospect Ave., Vincennes. The free support group is for those with diabetes, their families and caregivers. - Depression Support Group: January 3, Memorial Hospital Counseling Center, Jasper. The free support group is for those with depression, their families and caregivers. The group meets the first Tuesday of each month. For more information call 812-481-5780.
- Breast Cancer Sharing and Surviving Group: January 10 , 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Daviess Community Hospital Education Center, 1314 E. Walnut St., Washington. The free support group is for those with breast cancer or who have survived the disease and their families and caregivers. The group meets the second Tuesday of each month. - A Gathering of Friends: January 10, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., ATTIC, 1721 Washington Ave., Vincennes. The free meeting is open to anyone with interests in issues regarding disabilities and/or special health care needs. The group also addresses barrier issues to services. - Low Vision Support Group: January 17, 1:30 p.m., YMCA Bettye J. McCormick Senior Center, 2009 Prospect Ave., Vincennes. - Bereavement Support Group: January 17, 10:30 a.m., Good Samaritan Hospice House, 601 S. Ninth St., Vincennes. The free community service is offered to any adult who has experienced the loss of a loved one. For more information contact Bereavement Coordinator, Chris Kahre McCrary, at 812-885-8035. The group meets the third Tuesday of each month.

- Tri-State Multiple Sclerosis Support Group: January 21, 10 a.m., Daviess Community Hospital Education Center, 1314 E. Walnut St., Washington. The free support group is for those with multiple sclerosis, their families and caregivers. The group meets the third Saturday of each month. - Multiple Sclerosis Support Group: Memorial Hospital, Jasper. The free support group is for those with MS, their families and caregivers. The group meets the fourth Monday of each month. For meeting times and locations call 812-481-8420.
- Cardiac Support Group:January 24, 1:30 p.m., YMCA Bettye J. McCormick Senior Center, 2009 Prospect Ave., Vincennes. The free support group is for those with cardiac concerns, their families and caregivers. The group meets in the center conference room the fourth Tuesday of each month. - H.E.A.L.T.H. Meeting: January 25, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Daviess Community Hospital. Washington. H.E.A.L.T.H. stands for Healthy Eating and Active Lifestyles Taught Here and is aimed at raising the awareness of ways to promote healthy and active lifestyles. The Daviess County group is connected to a state team with Action for Healthy Kids. Residents can sign up for the group and meeting by calling 812-254-8668 or 812-687-7800, ext. 224. EnhanceFitness® Exercise
Programs: Generations is sponsoring EnhanceFitness® exercise programs throughout its service area. This exercise program is especially designed to keep people active as they age by improving balance, flexibility and cardiovascular health. The first class is free at all locations. For more information, call Generations at 1-800-742-9002.
- Daviess County: Classes are offered at Senior and Family Services in Washington on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Cost is $3 per session.
- Dubois County: Huntingburg class not meeting at this time.
- Greene County: Classes are available at Glenburn Community and Wellness Center in Linton on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Cost is $1.50 per session. Two classes are now available at First Baptist Church in Bloomfield on a donation basis. One class meets from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and the other from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., both on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Knox County: Classes are offered at - Vincennes University – PE Complex (lower level), Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 to 10 a.m.
- Pike County: Classes are offered at the Winslow Senior Center on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m.
