LAURA HOLSCHER SMITH
Executive Director of Generations
Assistant Vice President of V.U. Community Services
Laura joined the Generations' team in 1994 and has served as a Case Manager and Waiver Liaison. In 1998 she was named Director of Client Services. In her current position she is responsible for Case Management Services, Information and Referral and Pre-Admission Screening. She earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Southern Indiana in 1992 and a master's degree in sociology from Indiana State University in 1994. She is currently a part-time adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern Indiana where she teaches classes in Social Statistics and Principles of Sociology and Gerontology.

GERI WEBSTER
FISCAL DIRECTOR
Geri has been with Generations since 1990. Her first position was as Fiscal Manager and in 2001 she was named Fiscal Director. Geri holds associate's degrees in accounting and business administration, both from Vincennes University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Stacey Kahre
Director of Client Services
Stacey joined Generations in 2002 as a Case Manager. She was promoted to team leader in 2005 and then to Director of Case Management in 2008. She currently serves as the Director of Client Services. Her department includes Case Management, Pre-Admission Screening, Vendor Relations, Senior Care Consultant, and Ombudsman. She is responsible for over-seeing the day to day operations these departments. Stacey graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Service Administration and is expected to graduate in 2010.

Connie Deckard
Link-Age Director
Connie joined the Generations team in 2000 as a Case Manager and became Team Leader the following year. In 2004, Connie was promoted to the Care Link Unit (later named Link-Age Department). She attended Hanover College and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1998 and attended Indiana State University for her Master of Art's degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2004. Connie is responsible for overseeing operation of activities within the Link-Age department, including: the Link-Age Aging & Disability Resource Center, Information & Referral, Options Counseling and Caregiver education. She is also responsible for coordinating agency Outreach and managing the 2-1-1 Call Center.

Sheri Phillips
Healthy Aging Director
Sheri Phillips joined Generations in 2003 as a Case Manager. She was promoted to Caregiver Program Coordinator in 2004 and Healthy Aging Director in 2005. She attended Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, TN, and received her Bachelor of Science degree with a specialty in Counseling in 2000. She graduated from Leadership Knox County in 2005 and University of Southern Indiana's Connect with Southern Indiana in June 2007. Sheri is responsible for overseeing Healthy Aging Programs and Community Development activities including Nutrition, AngelWorx, EngAGE, and Evidence Based Health Promotion. She also coordinates the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program and serves as the site supervisor for Americorps Improving Health Throughout Indiana.

Brian Hurt
Case Management Director
Brian joined the Generations team in 1998 as a Case Manager. He attended the University of Southern Indiana and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. He was promoted to Team Leader in 2002, and most recently became the Case Management Director in 2009. In his current position he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Case Management Department, which includes 18 Case Managers.
